Tend Connect is A$39 a month for one-person businesses and A$99 a month for teams, plus GST. Both plans include every feature, with no fee on the payments you take. Tend Pass is free for pet owners. Self-serve signup is open for Australian businesses, and United States pilots are available by request.
Tend Pass
Free
Store your pet's vaccinations and records once, and share them with any venue by link or QR code. Your first document scan and 10 Ask Tend questions are included, and Tend Plus (A$9.99 a month or A$99.99 a year) adds unlimited scanning in the app.
Tend Connect Solo
A$39 / month + GST
For one-person businesses: a solo or mobile groomer, a dog trainer, or a home boarder. Online booking, intake, vaccination checks, payments, messaging and Ask Tend.

How much does Tend Connect cost?
Tend Connect is A$39 a month for one-person businesses and A$99 a month for teams, plus GST. Both plans include every feature: online booking, intake, vaccination checks, deposits and payments, owner messages, occupancy, analytics and Ask Tend. United States pilots are available by request.
Which plan do I need?
Solo (A$39 a month plus GST) is for businesses run by one person, like a solo or mobile groomer, a dog trainer or a home boarder, with one location. Business (A$99 a month plus GST) is for venues with a team, like kennels, catteries, daycares and grooming salons. The only difference is team size. The features are the same. Businesses with more than one location use Business.
Do prices include GST?
No. Tend Connect prices are in Australian dollars and GST is added on top, so Solo is A$42.90 a month and Business is A$108.90 a month including GST. Tend Pass and Tend Plus prices for pet owners already include GST.
Can I try Tend Connect before I pay?
Yes. You can create a workspace and set up your services, spaces and vaccine policy without a credit card.
Does Tend take a cut of my bookings?
No. Tend does not add a fee to the payments you take. Stripe charges its standard card processing fees, and your payouts go to your own bank account.
Are there add-ons or modules?
No. Both plans get the same features. There are no paid modules to unlock later. You move from Solo to Business when your team grows or you open a second location.
I run more than one location. How does pricing work?
Every location runs in one workspace, with one login and reports across all your sites. On the Business plan your first location is A$99 a month, your 2nd is A$79, your 3rd is A$69, and every location after that is A$59, all plus GST. So three locations cost A$247 a month plus GST. Groups with 10 or more locations can talk to us about a custom price.
Is Tend Pass free for pet owners?
Yes. Storing your pet’s records and sharing them with venues is free. Your first document scan and 10 Ask Tend questions are included. Tend Plus, an optional subscription in the app at A$9.99 a month or A$99.99 a year, adds unlimited document scanning and Ask Tend questions.
What is the Founding Partner Program?
