What is Tend Pass?
Tend Pass keeps your pet’s vaccinations, medications, allergies, conditions, health history and vet details together on your phone. It reminds you before anything falls due, answers questions using their records, and shares exactly what a kennel, daycare, groomer or trainer needs. At venues on Tend Connect, it fills in the booking for you.
Scan
Photograph a vaccination certificate or vet invoice. Tend reads the vaccine names, dates and microchip number, and shows you everything it found.
Passport
Their allergies, conditions, medications and health history sit side by side with what’s coming up, so you never have to remember it all.
Ask Tend
“Is Maple ready for her stay?” “What should I ask the vet?” Ask Tend answers in plain words, using your pet’s own records, and shows which ones it used.
Discover
Browse boarding, daycare, grooming, training, pet sitting, dog walking and vets near you.
Booking with Tend Connect venues
At venues that run on Tend Connect, your pet’s details fill the booking form for you, and their vaccinations are checked against the venue’s rules before you arrive. All that’s left is picking the dates.
Each venue sets its own rules and confirms the booking. Venues not on Tend Connect can still open your share link in any browser.
While they’re away
When your venue posts updates and photos, they land in your pet’s booking the moment they’re sent. Reply right there, and the whole stay is kept with their records.
Why it matters
Privacy and control
Tend Pass is a copy you control, built from your vet’s documents. Nothing is shared until you share it.
Share just identity, just vaccinations, or the full boarding pack.
Links can expire, and you can turn any of them off whenever you like.
See when a venue views what you shared, so you know they have it.
